Founder of Icosium Consultancy, I am a polytechnic engineer with an Executive MBA and over 20 years of experience in international cooperation, public policy, and institutional capacity building. My career spans diverse sectors and geographies — from public institutions to multilateral organizations — where I’ve led programs, advised senior stakeholders, and facilitated transformational change. I founded Icosium Consultancy to bring together my technical background, strategic mindset, and commitment to inclusive development. I believe in pragmatic solutions, collaborative work, and creating real impact where it matters most.
